Key Responsibilities Freelancer Database Management - Manage the existing database of freelancers - Generate more freelancers through different portals and recruitment channels Freelancer Outreach - Connect with new freelancers daily through calls and messages - Introduce them to SnapFind and assess their potential Team Formation and Profile Generation - Organize freelancers into specific teams based on roles and expertise - Facilitate the generation of candidate profiles from these teams Content Sharing and Motivation - Share engaging content and motivational messages to keep freelancers active and productive - Regularly update freelancers on new opportunities and platform features Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with freelancers recognizing their professional status - Ensure freelancers feel valued and supported in their roles Query Resolution - Address and resolve freelancer queries within the Turnaround Time TAT - Provide timely and effective support to ensure freelancer satisfaction Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Business Human Resources or a related field Experience Proven experience in recruitment talent management or a similar role Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to engage and motivate freelancers through effective communication - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Familiarity with recruitment platforms and portals is a plus - ONLY Male Candidates ref updazz com
