Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups)
Post job descriptions on relevant portals and manage job advertisements
Coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires
Maintain employee records and documentation
Assist in payroll preparation and leave tracking
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
12 years of relevant HR experience
Familiarity with recruitment portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
