Job Description

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and target potential clients within the interiors industry.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the interiors or related industry.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 4 years in a senior position.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
