We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving admissions and increasing revenue for our educational institution. If you are passionate about education, have excellent communication skills, and are goal-oriented, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow and make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive student admissions through effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Identify, approach, and convert prospective students and parents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Organize events, seminars to promote the institution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector. At least more than 2 Years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence decision-making.
- Self-starter with a results-driven attitude.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is a plus.
