These advancements not only improve the quality of care provided but also contribute to a significant reduction in overhead costs. We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join our Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity & provides exposure to the entire sales & marketing ecosystem. You’ll work on real projects, gain international exposure, and contribute to impactful initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 🔹 Market Research - Design and implement primary & secondary research projects - Identify business opportunities and potential customers - Cold call customers for feedback & demo appointment booking 🔹 Marketing Analytics - Create visual reports & presentations for stakeholders - Support proposal and presentation development - Assist with sales & marketing administrative tasks 🔹 Marketing & Promotions - Support promotional campaigns and activities - Manage & monitor company social media accounts - Design brochures (French & English) and create digital content 🔹 Sales & Market Development - Conduct product demos, presentations, and webinars - Build and qualify lead pipelines through calls & inquiries - Track customer satisfaction and support sales events - Handle customer quote requests & queries Desired Candidate Profile / Qualifications - Bachelor's/ master's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or related field - Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, inside sales, or business development roles - Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings, product demos, and business development activities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to CRM tools is an advantage - Creative mindset with ability to design basic promotional content - Good analytical and research skills with attention to detail - Comfortable with cold calling and interacting with customers - Ability to work independently and in a team environment WHAT WE OFFER: • Competitive salary and benefits package. • Flexible working hours. • A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development. • The chance to work on meaningful projects that have a real impact on healthcare.
