Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate, based in Noida. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic planning. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients in the
US market
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    outbound calls
    to prospective clients in the US market.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a strong
    sales pipeline
    and achieve monthly targets.
  • Record and update client information in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the sales/marketing team to improve lead conversion.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in interior design or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
