Description We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join OS Mgmt Consulting Services in Noida. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our HR services. This role is vital in expanding our client base and increasing market share in the Human Resources industry. As an Inside Sales Associate at OS Mgmt Consulting Services, you will be involved in various projects aimed at acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. Your contribution will directly impact the company's bottom line and overall success. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our HR services.Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.Follow up on leads and opportunities to convert them into sales.Maintain a high level of product knowledge to inform clients effectively.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.Manage CRM database and keep accurate records of interactions with clients.Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for business growth. Requirements: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Good understanding of sales techniques and strategies.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
