Role Summary The Lead Pranaam (Sales & Operation) role is pivotal in driving the premium passenger experience services at Adani Airports, Bangalore. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to promote Pranaam services to corporate clients, travel agencies, and other stakeholders. - Establish and nurture corporate tie-ups to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base for Pranaam services. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of Pranaam services, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency. - Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns tailored to the Bangalore market. - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings and address operational challenges. - Manage a team of service professionals, providing leadership, training, and performance management to ensure alignment with service standards. - Coordinate with airport operations teams to ensure seamless integration of Pranaam services within the broader airport ecosystem. - Utilize data analytics tools to track sales performance, operational metrics, and customer satisfaction levels. - Contribute to the development of innovative service packages that align with Adani Airports' commitment to global standards and passenger-centric solutions. - Ensure adherence to sustainability practices in service operations, reflecting Adani Airports' emphasis on eco-friendly and energy-efficient practices.
