Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Assistant located in Parel. The Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for managing daily customer interactions, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Additional tasks include assisting with sales, stock control, and maintaining an organized and efficient store environment. The role also involves training new team members and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The basic role revolves around handling customer queries on mail , WhatsApp and calls.

Qualifications

- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Sales and Stock Control
- Proven ability to provide training and onboarding support
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team and maintain a positive work environment
- Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
