We are seeking an experienced customer support professional to join our team at Gemni. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing excellent communication and presentation skills to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email or in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer frequent questions about the company's products and services
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implement changes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor& #39;s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
