We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Domestic IT Recruiter to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are looking to kickstart their career in recruitment, particularly in the IT sector. You will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our organizational needs.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT positions across different levels and domains.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit for the organization.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and status.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, data analysis, and IT support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and online sourcing techniques.
