Job description We at JoshiJampala Engg Pvt Ltd Satara are currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified HR Manager to join our team The HR Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the human resources function within our organization With a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing HR operations and implementing effective HR strategies Key Responsibilities 1 Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization s goals and objectives 2 Oversee the recruitment and selection process ensuring the timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates 3 Manage employee onboarding and orientation ensuring a smooth transition for new hires 4 Implement and maintain an effective performance management system including performance appraisals coaching and feedback 5 Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees skills and knowledge 6 Ensure compliance with all labor laws regulations and company policies 7 Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans 8 Support employee engagement initiatives including employee surveys recognition programs and other activities to enhance employee morale and satisfaction 9 Ensure the accuracy and completeness of HR-related documentation and records 10 Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement Requirements 1 Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field 2 Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role 3 In-depth knowledge of HR best practices labor laws and regulations 4 Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team 5 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6 Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities 7 Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity 8 Proficient in HR software and systems 9 Professional certification e g PHR SPHR preferred but not required SALARY Upto 10 LPA Share your Resume akash chorage joshijampala com 9923015844 If you are a highly motivated and experienced HR professional seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity with a dynamic organization we invite you to apply for the role of HR Manager Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 85 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
