Job description Job Title -HR Admin - Trainee Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team The role offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions including Operations Learning Development Employee Relations Performance Management Compliance Health Safety and Training General Administration This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals to build a strong foundation in Human Resources while contributing to the overall growth of the organization Key Responsibilities 1 HR Operations Support daily HR activities such as employee data management attendance and leave records Assist in preparing HR letters documentation and reports Maintain employee records attendance personal data leave management etc Support exit formalities and maintain proper documentation Provide general administrative support to the HR department Assist in recruitment processes posting job ads scheduling interviews coordinating with candidates Support onboarding and induction of new employees 2 Learning Development L D Coordinate training programs workshops and employee development initiatives Assist in tracking training effectiveness and maintaining learning records 3 Employee Relations Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture Assist in handling employee queries and grievances under supervision Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events 4 Performance Management Help in gathering and compiling performance review data Assist managers in performance appraisal processes 5 Compliance Labour Laws Support in maintaining statutory compliance records PF ESIC etc Learn and assist in ensuring HR practices are in line with labor laws and company policies Handle day-to-day queries related to HR policies and procedures 6 Health Safety Well-being Promote workplace health and safety initiatives Assist in organizing wellness programs and awareness sessions 7 Training Development Coordinate internal and external training sessions Gather feedback from employees to improve training effectiveness Provide general administrative support to the HR department Qualifications Skills Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Fresher s with strong HR knowledge may apply Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources Good understanding of HR concepts and labor regulations preferred Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment Reports to HR Manager HR Head Exposure to multiple HR functions through structured training and mentorship Location - Satara Salary - Depending upon interview Performance Share your resume - akash chorage joshijampala com 9923015844 Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Life insurance Work Location In person
