Job Description Spes Manning Solutions is actively seeking a dynamic Associate - Global Customer Support to join our team. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service in an international voice and blended process. Job Role & Responsibilities - Handle customer queries via both voice and blended channels (email/chat) with professionalism. - Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies accurately. - Ensure timely follow-ups on customer concerns to provide a seamless experience. - Deliver excellent service in line with international quality standards. - Update customer interaction logs accurately and in a timely manner. Requirements - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts. - Ready to work in a fast-paced environment. - Minimum qualification is Undergraduate/Graduate. - Prior BPO/customer service experience is preferred for experienced roles. - Freshers with good communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
