Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Support Associate based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The role involves delivering exceptional customer support services, addressing customer inquiries, providing post-sales assistance, and resolving customer concerns. Additionally, the associate will contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience, support training initiatives, and potentially assist in driving sales. Working collaboratively with teams, the associate will play a key role in building customer trust and loyalty. Qualifications - Strong Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service skills - Experience with Sales and a customer-focused approach - Ability to assist in training and mentoring initiatives - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - A proactive approach, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail - Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or global brand industries is a plus - Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
