Customer Support Specialist

About this RoleAs a Customer Service Agent, you'll be more than just an answering machine. You'll be the customer's champion, their voice in our organization.You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive resolution, provide contextual insights, and ensure our customers feel heard, valued, and supported.Responsibilities will include managing customer conversations across multiple channels, collaborating with team members and other departments, and staying up-to-date on product features to ensure accurate information is shared with customers.We're looking for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys ownership, and believes in making a meaningful impact.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries with clarity and empathyTroubleshoot and resolve issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs)Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely resolutionWork closely with account management, onboarding, product, and engineering teams to unblock complex cases and deliver commitmentsStay updated on product features to provide accurate information to customersCapture and report customer feedback from tickets, chat, Net Promoter Score (NPS), or other channelsRequirements:Excellent communication and active listening skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDemonstrated ownership and willingness to go the extra mile to solve complex issuesHigh agency, able to make decisions and drive initiatives independentlyWhat We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment where you can grow and develop your skills.
