Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.Review and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Maintain order details in our system, updating customer information as needed.Prepare and share reports, documentation, and updates with customers and internal teams.Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.Retrieve technical information to support customer requests, utilizing product knowledge and resources.Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.Requirements3-5 years of experience in customer service or technical support.Proficiency in Zendesk or similar ticketing/CRM platforms.Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, or basic technical diagrams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, OCR tools, and Visio.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.2-3 years of hands-on experience in product design, including 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and assembly using standard engineering and CAD tools.Strong understanding of engineering drawings, layouts, tolerances, and basic manufacturing processes.Experience working with customer specifications, technical documents, and product requirements.
