Business Development Executive

Job Description We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to own the first half of our sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data mining, lead generation, and inside sales activities, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospects, booking meetings with hot and warm leads, and passing them on to closers for deal conversion. Key Responsibilities Execute lead generation through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, and cold calling. Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects, ensuring a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline. Book meetings with decision-makers and maintain a steady flow of qualified leads. Track outreach metrics and report on KPIs (qualified leads generated, meetings booked). Maintain detailed records of interactions and pipeline status in CRM tools. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Requirements 12 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or a similar role. Proven track record in LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email campaigns. Strong communication and persuasive skills to engage prospects effectively. Independent ownership mindset with ability to meet targets consistently. Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools is a plus.
