This role is for one of the Weekday s clientsMin Experience 3 yearsLocation Delhi Gurgaon Chandigarh PunjabJobType full-timeWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team In this role you will collaborate across marketing sales and customer success teams to align strategies optimize the sales funnel and drive overall revenue growth You will manage and analyze data streamline processes and ensure that the right tools and practices are in place to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness Requirements Key Responsibilities Partner with marketing sales and customer success teams to align operational strategies and optimize revenue generation Analyze revenue and sales funnel data to identify trends gaps and opportunities for improvement Build manage and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators KPIs and revenue metrics Assist in the implementation optimization and management of CRM and marketing automation tools Develop and refine processes and workflows to boost operational efficiency across teams Conduct training sessions to ensure team members are up to date on tools workflows and best practices Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field 2-4 years of experience in revenue operations sales operations or a related role within a B2B environment Hands-on experience with CRM platforms e g Salesforce and marketing automation tools e g HubSpot Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights-based decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment Preferred Attributes Comfortable working in a startup environment Flexible with work hours ready to handle both lighter and more intense work periods Highly motivated self-driven and goal-oriented Willing to take ownership solve problems and contribute meaningfully to business growth Skills HubSpot Salesforce
