About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to support our Direct Apply function and link students to their dream college. The role requires strong organizational skills and a profound aspiration to help students make the right decision for their next academic steps. This is a global role where the Senior Ops Specialist will be backend operations of applications coming from Cialfo schools across different regions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Receive, assess and enter application information to the relevant university portal.
  • Ensure that all the applications are submitted in a timely manner under strict SLA with 100% accuracy.
  • Review tasks and additional requirements for the students and work with the team to receive these from the student.
  • Keep the student's platform up to date at all times with relevant results and status information.
  • Support the smooth running of the Operations team.
  • Build reports to track data on applications, offers, and acceptances by region and circulate them for the attention of the relevant internal teams, to support their prioritization of follow up activities.
  • Review and address errors and issues relating to documents being processed through the pipeline through internal stakeholder management.
  • Mentoring Operations Specialists in the team.

About You

  • Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in the relevant field.

  • Experience:

  • 3-6 years of experience working in application and/or admission-related matters.

  • Experience of working with clients is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of UK applications through UCAS is strongly preferred.

  • An understanding of universities' academic programs and admissions processes.

  • Skills:

  • Airtable or any CRM proficiency is an added advantage.

  • Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology.
  • Excellent organisational, data management, and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor.

  • Qualities:

  • Flexibility with regards to working times given the global nature of the team and clients.

  • Creative, Strategic, and data-informed.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A winning attitude which you use to drive outcomes.
