The firm has acquired notable customers ranging from large conglomerates to unicorn start-ups: Nivea, Starbucks, DLF, Crisil, CRED, Vedanta, Mahindra, Glenmark, Gokongwei Group, Mitra Adiperkasa, EFS Facilities Management, VNG Corporation, and many more.Our vision of building a world-class product company from Asia is backed by marquee global investors like Microsoft, Salesforce, Sequoia Capital, and Lightspeed Venture Partners.Key Responsibilities :- Deal Execution & Support (via DealHub + HubSpot) - Assist reps in configuring accurate quotes using DealHub’s CPQ workflows. • Validate deal data in HubSpot CRM for stage, pricing, and billing logic. • - Ensure inclusion of correct SKUs (product, service, infra, AI Pack, Studio). - Flag and route exceptions for approval (e.g., non-standard terms, discounts, payment terms).CRM & CPQ Data Accuracy - Monitor product catalog usage, enforce naming conventions, and prevent SKU misuse. - Maintain alignment between DealHub templates and HubSpot deal fields. - Run weekly audits for deal completeness and pricing compliance. Commercial Governance & Compliance - Apply discounting thresholds as per segment (LMM, Mid-Market, Enterprise). - Ensure contract inclusions like AI Pack, Studio, and correct employee-type pricing (blue/white collar). - Own adherence to billing rules (free months, PEPM vs flat fee logic). Sales Support & Enablement - Create and maintain cheat sheets, FAQs, and SOPs for sales teams. - Onboard new sellers on how to use DealHub + HubSpot for deal configuration and submission. - Train reps on pricing structures, legal clause selection, and approval workflows.Insights & Reporting - Track SLA on deal review turnaround time. - Provide dashboards for quote velocity, discount trends, exception volumes. - Work with RevOps analysts to feed insights into forecast health.Qualifications & Experience:- 4+ years in deal desk / commercial operations in a SaaS environment. - Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and DealHub CPQ (MUST HAVE). • - Strong understanding of PEPM billing, milestone-based implementation fees, and enterprise deal constructs. - Familiarity with sales contracting documents (MSA, Order Form, SOWs). - Highly detail-oriented with a strong operational mindset.We are looking for a Deal Operations Specialist to join our fast- growing Revenue Operations team.
