Design and maintainAPI-based and native integrationsfor data synchronization. Managelead lifecycle workflows– from capture to scoring, routing, and handoff. Collaborate with Sales Ops and Demand Gen to improveattribution and funnel visibility . Monitor, troubleshoot, and document automation and data flow processes. Drive martech evaluations and ensure seamless onboarding into the ecosystem. Deliverdashboards, insights, and campaign reportsto stakeholders.What You’ll Bring3–6 years’ experience inMarketing Operations / Marketing Automation / Martech Integrations . Proven hands-on experience withSalesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)– Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Data Extensions. Familiarity withSalesforce CRM, HubSpot, or Marketo . Strong grasp oflead scoring, routing, and attribution models . Basic SQL or data management knowledge. Experience withintegration tools(e.g., Mulesoft, Workato, Zapier, Segment, Snowflake) preferred. Strong collaboration and problem-solving mindset.PreferredSalesforce Marketing Cloud or CRM certification. Experience inB2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech . Agency or non-SaaS experience alone will not qualify. PST Working Hours:This role requires working primarily during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours (4:30 PM - 1:30 AM IST). Candidates must be available for core collaboration hours and team meetings during PST business hours. 30-Day Notice Period:Can join within 30 days of accepting the offer.Candidates with more than 30 days of notice period need not apply.This is a firm requirement due to urgent business needs.Preferred Qualifications Experience in the SEO, digital marketing, or MarTech industry Background working with enterprise B2B customers ($100K+ ACV) Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Marketing Cloud certifications Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools Knowledge of SEO and content marketing operations Previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company (Series B+) MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
