Our AI-powered platform helps enterprises increase organic search traffic, improve content performance, and drive revenue growth through data-driven digital marketing strategies.Position OverviewRole OverviewWe’re looking for aMarketing Operations Specialist – Integrations & Automationto own the integration ofSalesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)with our global marketing systems and ensuresmooth lead data handoffs to Sales .You’ll streamline automation, optimize data flow, and enhance marketing-sales alignment in a high-performance environment.What You’ll DoIntegrateSalesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)with CRM and third-party martech platforms.Design and maintainAPI-based and native integrationsfor data synchronization.Managelead lifecycle workflows– from capture to scoring, routing, and handoff.Collaborate with Sales Ops and Demand Gen to improveattribution and funnel visibility .Monitor, troubleshoot, and document automation and data flow processes.Drive martech evaluations and ensure seamless onboarding into the ecosystem.Deliverdashboards, insights, and campaign reportsto stakeholders.What You’ll Bring3–6 years’ experience inMarketing Operations / Marketing Automation / Martech Integrations .Proven hands-on experience withSalesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)– Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Data Extensions.Familiarity withSalesforce CRM, HubSpot, or Marketo .Strong grasp oflead scoring, routing, and attribution models .Basic SQL or data management knowledge.Experience withintegration tools(e.g., Mulesoft, Workato, Zapier, Segment, Snowflake) preferred.Strong collaboration and problem-solving mindset.PreferredSalesforce Marketing Cloud or CRM certification.Experience inB2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech .Familiarity withdata privacy and governance(GDPR, CCPA).CompensationUp to ₹30 LPA (Total CTC)⚠️Candidates expecting compensation above ₹30 LPA need not apply.Why BrightEdgeBe part of aglobal martech operations teamdriving enterprise-scale impact.Work withAI-powered SEO and marketing automation technologies .Shape the way data connects marketing and revenue in a Fortune 100 ecosystem.Mandatory RequirementsCritical Requirements - Please Read CarefullySaaS Marketing Operations:Must have direct experience leading end-to-end marketing operations for a SaaS-based organization. Agency or non-SaaS experience alone will not qualify.PST Working Hours:This role requires working primarily during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours (4:30 PM - 1:30 AM IST). Candidates must be available for core collaboration hours and team meetings during PST business hours.30-Day Notice Period:Can join within 30 days of accepting the offer.Candidates with more than 30 days of notice period need not apply.This is a firm requirement due to urgent business needs.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the SEO, digital marketing, or MarTech industryBackground working with enterprise B2B customers ($100K+ ACV)Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Marketing Cloud certificationsExperience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and toolsKnowledge of SEO and content marketing operationsPrevious experience at a high-growth SaaS company (Series B+)MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
