Manager who can combine sustainability with smart business acumen, someone who can

leverage their vendor network, negotiate effectively, and deliver high-quality products with

Designation - Sr. Sourcing Manager

Office location - Vikhroli, Mumbai

Other information - Must have their own laptop, we have Monday to Saturday working,

looking to join our team from 1st November, 2025.

Requirements:

Need 6-8 years of experience in fashion and strong knowledge of sustainable

fabrics, certifications (GOTS, OEKO-TEX, Fair Trade, etc.) and eco-friendly

sourcing practices. Must also understand stitching techniques, fabric printing,

dyeing and their associated processes.

Qualifications - Degree in Textile Technology/Fashion Technology/Apparel

Production/Sourcing (NIFT or equivalent preferred).

Proven track record in sourcing innovative textiles and developing new vendor

ecosystems.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills along

with strong leadership skills, must be goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on,

problem solver.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Established vendor network in relevant product categories (socks, accessories,

lifestyle textiles).

Job Description:

As a Sr. Sourcing Manager, you will manage & drive the entire NPD + reordering cycle.

You will also be responsible for identifying fashion trends & innovations across the world &

help bring them to our portfolio. Along with this, you will be responsible for analyzing sales

data to pull insights on fast moving styles vs slow moving & bring freshness to the portfolio

Sourcing & Vendor Management

Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors with strong sustainability practices.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with mills, factories, and suppliers.

Negotiate best-in-class pricing, payment terms, and lead times while ensuring

compliance with sustainability goals.

Ensure vendors meet ethical, social, and environmental standards.

Product Development & Innovation

Collaborate with design and product teams to source innovative, eco-friendly raw

materials and trims.

Managing the sampling cycle against set timelines to ensure readiness for shoots

& final production

Research and implement new textile technologies that reduce environmental

impact.

Stay updated on global trends in sustainable textiles and recommend relevant

adoption.

Operational Excellence

Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality and sustainability standards.

Manage end-to-end sourcing cycle from vendor identification to product delivery.

Set KPIs for vendor performance (quality, timeliness, compliance) and ensure

regular reviews.

Drive improvements in current portfolio from all aspects product quality, features,

sourcing, costs & MOQ efficiencies

Demad Forecasting

Analyze sales data for entire portfolio to monitor stock movement for re-ordering of

bestsellers

Demand planning & channel wise allocation for production orders in order to

maintain optimal inventory level

GM working

Working with business teams for considering markdowns, promotions, price

changes, clear outs for minimal inventory days for low sellers

Leading & executing Gross Margin Improvement programs for high volume sellers

by building a strong alternate supplier base & exploring alternate materials

Leadership & Strategy

Lead the sourcing team with a focus on speed, innovation, and execution

excellence.

Build and leverage a strong vendor network to scale business growth.

Work cross-functionally with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure

smooth workflows.

Take ownership of challenges, demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, and

deliver results under pressure.
