We are hiring for a Customer Service Associate (CSA) role to support the Bank of India's Inbound Process. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our call center team. This is a great opportunity for both graduates and students pursuing their graduation who are looking to kickstart their career.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate with customers to resolve their issues.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification:12th Pass and above. Candidates who are graduates or are pursuing graduation can apply.
- Experience:Freshers are required for this role.
- Communication: Candidates must have V3 communication skills (verbal, written, vocal).
- Work Schedule: Rotational shifts with rotational offs.
- Salary: Up to 15,000.
- Perks: Paid Overtime (OTS).
