Customer Experience Center Representative Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Center Representative to fill this key role.
About the Role:
- This position is responsible for handling inbound calls from premier customers/HNI clients and processing their queries and requests.
- The ideal candidate will identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products on customer calls.
- Quality communication and customer servicing within productivity and service benchmarks must be ensured.
- Customer queries/issues must be resolved in a timely manner.
- Adherence to information security norms and quality process norms is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Attend inbound calls from premium clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer service.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to security and quality protocols.
Requirements for Success:
- A bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic 24/7 environment is required.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows is essential.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills are crucial.
