Customer Experience Center Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Center Representative to fill this key role.

About the Role:

  • This position is responsible for handling inbound calls from premier customers/HNI clients and processing their queries and requests.
  • The ideal candidate will identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products on customer calls.
  • Quality communication and customer servicing within productivity and service benchmarks must be ensured.
  • Customer queries/issues must be resolved in a timely manner.
  • Adherence to information security norms and quality process norms is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Attend inbound calls from premium clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  2. Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.
  3. Maintain high standards of communication and customer service.
  4. Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
  5. Ensure adherence to security and quality protocols.

Requirements for Success:

  • A bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic 24/7 environment is required.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows is essential.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills are crucial.
