Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with company products or services, guiding customers through the solution process.
  • Order Management: Process and track customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring accurate fulfillment and updates on order status.
  • Billing Inquiries: Address customer billing concerns, including discrepancies, charges, and payment issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce).
