About Us Taurian MPS Limited is a fast-growing and dynamic organization committed to delivering excellence in every domain we operate We believe in building strong teams that are driven diverse and passionate about making a difference Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive with good English communication skills and a solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes You will play a key role in sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet the company s growing staffing needs Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process - sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates Develop and post job advertisements on job portals social media and other platforms Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidates communication attitude and job suitability Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs and position requirements Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment Excellent written and good spoken English communication skills In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines What We Offer Salary of 3 10 000 CTC per annum A friendly and professional work environment Opportunities for learning and career growth Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 250 000 00 - 310 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Language English Preferred Location Roorkee Uttarakhand Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 05 08 2025
