Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with a deep understanding of the Modasa native talent pool The primary responsibility of this role will be to identify attract and recruit skilled individuals from Modasa and its surrounding regions primarily through on-field exposure local networking and strong reference building The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator highly resourceful and possess an inherent ability to connect with local communities Key Responsibilities Local Talent Sourcing Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates from Modasa native communities through various channels including Extensive on-field presence and community engagement e g visiting local markets vocational training centers etc Building and leveraging a strong network of local references community leaders and educational institutions Identifying hidden talent pools and passive candidates within the Modasa region Candidate Engagement Screening Conduct initial screenings and interviews both in-person and telephonic to assess candidate skills experience and cultural fit Qualifications Proven experience in a recruitment or HR role with a strong emphasis on talent sourcing Preferred Native of Modasa or have extensive knowledge and connections within the Modasa or Surrounding areas Industry Real Estate Group Brookland Group Job Location Modasa Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 35 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Location Modasa Gujarat Required Work Location In person
