We are looking for highly driven and experienced Sales Managers to lead and scale our division focused on promoting Master s-level tech programs The ideal candidate must have a strong background in EdTech sales team leadership and high-ticket consultative selling Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team to achieve revenue and enrollment targets - Have to drive end-to-end sales of company s programs - Build scalable sales processes and ensure consistent team performance through coaching reviews and feedback - Conduct virtual consultations and counseling sessions with prospective learners - Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals - Support the team in closing high-intent leads and handling escalations - Maintain client relationships and ensure a smooth post-enrollment experience - Collaborate with academic marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and feedback improvement - Track sales activities maintain CRM hygiene and generate performance reports Eligibility Requirements Minimum Graduate degree required- 3 years of experience in sales preferably in EdTech or IT Course selling- Minimum 2 years of team-handling experience is mandatory- Experience selling professional IT certification programs e g SAP Java professional tech courses preferred- Experience in high-ticket consultative sales or education sales preferred- Should have handled minimum ticket size of 2 lac is mandatory Age limit Not more than 33 years ref updazz com
