Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors regarding contract status and related inquiries. - Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and confidentiality standards. - Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to contract management workflows to enhance efficiency. Key Skills: - Proficiency in using DocuSign. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. 3. Attention to detail with the ability to review and validate contract information. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) is a plus.
