1. Job OverviewA Real Estate Sales Executive plays a vital role in driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for the organization. The primary responsibility involves identifying potential buyers, generating leads, conducting property presentations, and closing deals.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and an in-depth understanding of the real estate market. This position offers a fast-paced environment with lucrative earning potential through performance-based incentives.2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify potential clients through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, social media, and digital marketing leads. Develop and maintain a strong database of prospective buyers. Attend property inquiries, respond to emails, and manage follow-up calls promptly. B. Property Promotion & Sales Present, promote, and sell residential, commercial, and investment properties to clients. Conduct property visits, site inspections, and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans. Educate clients on legal procedures, documentation, and registration processes. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. C. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Understand customer requirements and suggest properties that match their preferences. Handle customer queries and provide end-to-end support from inquiry to closure. D. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and demand-supply dynamics. Monitor competitor offerings and strategize marketing campaigns accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan property exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events. E. Documentation & Reporting Assist clients with property booking, payment schedules, and necessary legal formalities. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and sales performance. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.3. Required Skills & CompetenciesA. Technical Skills Basic understanding of real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and property registration procedures. Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms. B. Communication & Negotiation Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close high-value deals. Confident personality with the ability to handle objections and overcome resistance. C. Personal Attributes Target-driven and result-oriented approach. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
