Job Role

As a Presales Executive (Calling), you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling site visits/meetings for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact between NI Realty and potential clients, playing a crucial role in building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Explain project details, land/property options, and investment opportunities to prospects.
  • Generate interest and qualify leads based on client requirements.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update the lead database (CRM/Excel).
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent NI Realty professionally.

Requirements

  • Graduate (any stream) candidates with 2 years of experience in real estate/telecalling/presales.
  • Strong communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to understand client needs and match them with available properties.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
