**Job Role**
As a Presales Executive (Calling), you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling site visits/meetings for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact between NI Realty and potential clients, playing a crucial role in building relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Explain project details, land/property options, and investment opportunities to prospects.
- Generate interest and qualify leads based on client requirements.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
- Maintain and update the lead database (CRM/Excel).
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent NI Realty professionally.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills in **Bengali, Hindi, and English**.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to understand client needs and match them with available properties.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
