Role Overview

Were looking for a dynamic and client-focused CRM Executive to join our team. The role involves managing client relationships from the initial inquiry to property registration, ensuring seamless communication and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the property purchase process.
- Manage and document all deal details, contracts, and cost sheets in SFDC.
- Explain payment plans, milestones, and calculations to customers clearly.
- Follow up with clients for timely payments and provide reminders where necessary.
- Collaborate with the closing team to ensure smooth deal finalization.
- Provide prompt support to client queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance throughout the process.

What Were Looking For

- 14 years of experience in CRM, client servicing, or customer relationship management (preferably in real estate).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasing personality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (SFDC experience is an added advantage).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
