Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Software Sales Executive Intern, your responsibilities will include:

- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads for software sales through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach).
- Client Interaction: Assist in engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and helping pitch our software solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Support the sales team in conducting product demos and presenting our software products to potential clients.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product walkthroughs under the guidance of senior team members.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- CRM Management: Assist in updating and managing CRM tools to track leads, sales progress, and client communications.
- Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and revenue growth.
- Customer Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients as necessary, ensuring smooth customer experiences.
- Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing regular sales reports, tracking progress, and evaluating performance against targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Sales Enthusiasm: A passion for sales and eagerness to learn about the software sales process.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with potential clients effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client requirements and suggest relevant software solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of software products and technology (no deep technical knowledge required but a willingness to learn).
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with potential clients and work collaboratively with a team.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to take initiative and work independently on sales-related tasks.
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
