About the Job
Position: Assistant Manager - Inside Sales
Location: Noida
Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Assistant Manager – Inside Sales to contribute to our sales growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, and driving revenue through inside sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and inbound inquiries.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Conduct account research and position the platform appropriately as part of the initial outreach to prospects. Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customers.
Understand customer pain points, business objectives, and effectively position Prospecta's solutions to meet their needs.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead nurturing.
Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive product demonstrations and discussions.
Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Support the overall sales strategy by staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Keeping up with product information and updates.
Must have:
Master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales.
Experience in generating enterprise deals in the European and US markets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships.
Proven ability to generate qualified leads and convert them into opportunities.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to sales and problem-solving.
Good to have
Familiarity with Zoho, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator or similar solutions
Experience in selling cloud solutions & related services is an added advantage.
