Job description Position Sales Head Location Mumbai Department Sales Business Development Reports to Managing Director Director - Sales Week off Sunday About Client Nexstep Multiparking Pvt Ltd is a leading Indian company specializing in innovative and cost-effective parking solutions with over 15 years of expertise in design manufacturing and installation They offer a wide range of smart parking systems for residential commercial and urban spaces serving as a strong domestic alternative to global players Role Overview The Sales Head - Parking Equipment will be responsible for driving sales business growth and strategic partnerships for the company s range of automated and mechanical parking solutions This role requires a strong technical-sales background proven leadership and the ability to build long-term client relationships in real estate infrastructure and commercial segments Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for automated mechanical parking systems Identify and target new business opportunities across builders developers architects consultants and government bodies Build strong client relationships and act as the primary contact for key accounts Lead commercial negotiations proposals and tender processes Collaborate with design engineering and project teams to deliver customized solutions Monitor competitor activities pricing trends and market developments Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and collection targets Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection as per company policy Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of parking systems automation infra products Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Proven ability to manage large accounts and complex sales cycles Leadership and team management experience Market-driven result-oriented and proactive in approach Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business or Management MBA preferred 10-15 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role Prior experience in parking systems elevators escalators material handling equipment or other capital equipment industries will be a strong advantage Ideal Candidate Profile A senior sales professional with solid industry contacts in real estate infrastructure and government projects Hands-on experience in high-value B2B solution sales Strong commercial acumen and ability to close large contracts Leadership skills to mentor grow and manage a sales team Apply Now Do you have 10-15 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role Yes No Do you have experience in parking systems elevators escalators material handling equipment or other capital equipment industries
