Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and results oriented Inside Sales Associate to support our efforts in generating and nurturing leads while contributing to overall sales growth The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills experience in international markets and a proven ability to engage with clients effectively Proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage Key Responsibilities 1 Sales and Lead Generation - Conduct outbound sales calls to identify qualify and engage potential customers - Actively prospect for new business opportunities through multiple channels including calls emails and online platforms - Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and ensure seamless progression through the sales funnel 2 Client Engagement - Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions - Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive long-term business growth - Address client inquiries and coordinate with the sales team to facilitate closures 3 Collaboration and Coordination - Work closely with the Sales Presales and marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategies - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads 4 Reporting and CRM Management - Maintain accurate records of all lead and opportunity interactions in the CRM system - Track sales metrics and prepare reports to provide insights into performance and progress toward goals 5 Market Insights - Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to enhance outreach strategies Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor s degree in business Marketing or a related field - 1-3 years of experience in inside sales outbound sales Process in the IT Software industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across cultural boundaries - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite - Fluency in additional languages is a plus Key Attributes - Self-motivated and target-driven with strong organizational skills - A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively - Collaborative and adaptable in a team-oriented environment ref updazz com
