KMPL finances new and pre-owned passenger cars and two-wheelers for retail consumers, and also provides wholesale financing to automobile dealerships. The company has preferred financier relationships with various automobile manufacturers in India. KMPL provides Loans Against Property for both commercial and residential real estate. KMPL's retail distribution network comprises 134 branches across 24 states in India, supported by a network of direct marketing associates and agencies. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Gandhidham. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with automobile dealerships and customers. The role requires overseeing retail sales operations, analyzing market trends, and identifying business opportunities to increase sales volume. The Senior Sales Manager will ensure compliance with company policies and standards, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. New Car Loans Dealer & DSA channel Management. Qualifications - Proven experience in sales management and leadership - Strong understanding of automobile finance, lending, and loan products - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies - Proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting - Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to achieving business objectives - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field - Experience in the financial services or automobile industry is a plus - Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed
