Website: https://aeroarc.in Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager / Manager Business Development (Defense Vertical) at Aeroarc, located in South Delhi. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the defense vertical within the organization. Job Responsibilities - Identifying new business opportunities in the MoD / Defense (Indian Armed Forces) . - Single point of contact for developing and generating new business opportunities - Participation in online & off-line tenders through various e-procurement sites - Development of short term & long term business opportunities - Develop and enhance marketing presentation, process and systems - Organize/participate in National events, exhibitions, and conferences, to generate business - Design and prepare new business plans with existing & new customers for the Defense - Manage and develop key stakeholder relations with existing & new customers. - Analysis of enquiry, meeting with clients for pre-bid requirements - Handling of all tenders from the Defense sector. - Preparing offers/ tenders/RFI / RFP/ EOI and delivering technical presentations to showcase the products that meet specific customer requirements. - Analyzing potential threats and taking into account customer inputs for further activities and developments as well as handling day- to- day activities of Tender. - Marketing & sales of Defense customized products - Tracking the business trends and review of contracts. - Order closure and work with the contracts execution team till the release of the payment of projects. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Skills Required - Experience in Business Development- Defense (Indian Armed Forces) is MUST. - Knowledge about different Defense commands in the Army - Knowledge of UAV / Robotics will be preferred - Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Market research and analysis abilities - Strategic planning and execution capabilities - Strong leadership and team collaboration skills - Experience working in a similar role is a plus Min Experience Required:2 Years Total Job Positions : 04 Positions Interested Candidates may apply at [Confidential Information]
