Roles & Responsibilities: - Drive Business Development & Client Acquisition for agency services. - Generate new leads through networking, market research, and outreach. - Pitch proposals and close deals with decision-makers from brands and corporates. - Build & maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business. - Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations. - Handle Key Account Management for existing clients. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. - Promote & sell ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing services including activations, brand promotions, and offline campaigns. - Create tailored proposals for ATL, BTL, Influencer, and Event campaigns as per client needs. - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall agency growth. Skills Required: - Strong experience in Sales & Marketing, Client Acquisition, B2B Sales, Agency Sales. - Knowledge of ATL & BTL activities (Hoardings, Print, Radio, Digital screens, Mall activations, College activations, On-ground events). - Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills. - Strong networking ability with proven track record in closing deals. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven. - Experience in Influencer Marketing, Events & Sponsorships will be an added advantage.
