
Sales Executive for An Advertising Agency

Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresher who is enthusiastic about driving sales and growth. The GrowthCatalyst will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and helping our agency expand its market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive agency growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop compelling pitches.
- Assist in the creation and execution of sales strategies.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the agency.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress.
Qualifications:
- A passion for sales and business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
- Recent graduate or 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
