Job Description Company Description Career Choice 360, based in Noida, is a premier MBA educational portal dedicated to guiding and supporting management aspirants in selecting the right MBA colleges and universities across India. Through personalized counseling, preparation resources, and institution connections, we help students prepare for entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, MAT, and GMAT. We also offer online and offline GD/PI preparation classes to enhance skills and confidence for admission into top B-Schools, including IIMs. With a network of 200+ B-School partners, Career Choice 360 creates a supportive ecosystem for both students and institutions. Founded in 2020, we have earned recognition for our innovative contributions to student career development under the visionary leadership of our founder, Mr. Kumar Abhishek. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Intern, located in Noida. The intern will be responsible for performing market research to identify potential leads, generating and qualifying leads, and assisting with business development initiatives. Additionally, the role includes effective communication and interaction with clients and partners, addressing customer queries, and fostering strong relationships to drive student enrollments and institutional collaborations. Qualifications - Proficiency in Market Research and Lead Generation to identify and qualify potential business opportunities - Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, data, and insights - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs - Adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to tasks - Proficiency in tools such as MS Office and CRM platforms - Enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
