Job Title Medical Tourism Manager Company Name Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt Ltd Location 125 2 Taki Rd Kalikapur Barasat Kolkata West Bengal 700124 Employment Type Full-Time Key Responsibilities Head and manage the Medical Tourism Department end-to-end Develop promote and manage medical tourism packages for domestic and international patients Coordinate with hospitals doctors diagnostic centers and healthcare partners Handle patient inquiries medical reports treatment plans and cost estimations Liaise with doctors and hospitals for treatment timelines and quotations Manage patient travel arrangements including medical visa flights hotels airport transfers and local support Ensure seamless patient experience from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up Build and maintain relationships with hospitals healthcare providers and overseas agents Negotiate treatment packages and commercial terms with hospital partners Train and supervise medical tourism executives and coordinators Ensure compliance with medical ethics patient confidentiality and company SOPs Prepare MIS revenue reports and performance analysis for management Handle escalated patient concerns with empathy and professionalism Required Skills Qualifications Graduate Post-Graduate in Healthcare Management Hospital Administration Tourism or related field preferred Minimum 4-7 years of experience in medical tourism or healthcare coordination Strong understanding of hospital processes medical procedures and patient handling Excellent communication and coordination skills Experience in handling international patients and medical visa processes Proficiency in MS Excel CRM systems and email communication Preferred Candidate Profile Experience working with multi-specialty hospitals or medical tourism companies Multilingual candidates preferred Strong negotiation and relationship management skills How to Apply Interested candidates may send their updated CV to humanresources need82 in Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
