Internship Role Description:

As a Jr. Product Ops and Business Intern (Pre-Sales), you will gain hands-on exposure to both product operations and business pre-sales activities. This role is designed to give interns a practical understanding of how technology solutions are presented, deployed, and supported for enterprise clients.

You will assist senior team members in product demonstrations, documentation, research, client coordination, and operational activities, while learning about enterprise technology solutions in real-world use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support:

- Assist the sales team with product demos, presentations, and client proposals.

- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.

- Support in drafting RFP/RFI responses and technical documentation.

- Shadow pre-sales calls and client meetings to understand the solutioning process.

Product Operations:

- Support the product team in deployments, testing, and configurations.

- Document standard use cases, FAQs, and process flows.

- Track and report on ongoing product operations tasks.

- Provide feedback to improve client experience.

Business Coordination:

- Maintain and update records in CRM and internal trackers.

- Assist in preparing business reports and dashboards.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations).

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

- Strong interest in technology, business operations, and customer engagement.

- Good communication skills (written and verbal).

- Basic knowledge of IT concepts or enterprise solutions will be a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace tools.

- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
