The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the Central Mumbai property market and experience in closing real estate sales. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls, follow up with leads, and explain project details. - Conduct site visits and handle clients confidently at project locations. - Convert leads into confirmed bookings with strong negotiation skills. - Guide and support the sales team in achieving monthly targets. - Stay updated on Central Mumbai real estate projects and market trends. - Coordinate with internal teams, channel partners, and management. - Maintain CRM updates and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (calling + site handling). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. - Strong understanding of the Central Mumbai property market. - Target-driven and customer-focused approach. - Basic proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
