Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Manager of Sales. The Manager of Sales will oversee sales operations, manage and grow client relationships, analyze market trends, and contribute to business planning initiatives. The role will involve achieving sales targets, leading a high-performing sales team, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the alignment of sales strategies with organizational goals. Qualifications - Strong Sales Operations expertise and ability to lead and manage sales teams effectively - Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to create strategies and analyze performance - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships - Proven experience in real estate sales will be an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving sales goals - Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
