Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivatedReal Estate Associateto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, property showings, follow-ups, and closing deals. This role is suitable for someone who is passionate about real estate and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Identify and acquire potential clients through calls, site visits, and referrals - Present and promote available properties to prospective buyers and tenants - Conduct property showings and explain project details clearly - Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle - Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion - Work closely with the sales team to meet monthly targets - Maintain updated records of inventory, client interactions, and follow-ups - Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitors - Participate in property events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns Required Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Convincing and negotiation ability - Basic knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market (preferred) - Ability to handle fieldwork and property visits - Good presentation skills - Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred) Qualifications - Any Bachelor's degree - Prior experience in real estate sales or customer handling (preferred but not mandatory) - Freshers with good communication skills may also apply Compensation - Salary: Competitive (based on experience) - Attractive incentives on successful closures - Travel allowance (if applicable) Why Join Us - High-growth environment - Excellent incentives and earning potential - Professional training and development - Supportive team and leadership - Opportunity to build a long-term real estate career
