We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Leasing Manager to join our growing team at Jupiter Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in driving occupancy by overseeing the leasing of vacant units across the Jupiter portfolio and collaborating closely with local U.S. leasing agents and brokers.Who We Are:Jupiter Texas Real Estate Group is a commercial real estate  group based in Dallas, Texas. Our portfolio includes commercial retail properties, medical buildings, daycare facilities, single family homes.Commercial Real Estate Leasing Manager SummaryThe Commercial Leasing Manager plays a crucial role in the day-to-day management of leasing activities across our commercial portfolio. This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of commercial leases, ensuring seamless collaboration with leasing agents across the U.S. and facilitating smooth, efficient negotiation and execution processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales acumen, meticulous attention to detail, solid project management capabilities, and exceptional organizational and communication skills to effectively engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders.Salary: 10LPA - 12LPA + IncentivesResponsibilities :1. Leasing Agent ManagementIdentify and appoint the right leasing agents for vacant units.Manage and oversee leasing agents to ensure efficient and timely filling of vacant spaces.Coordinate with leasing agents across the U.S. on a day-to-day basis to support smooth leasing operations.2. Lease Coordination & AdministrationAssist in drafting, reviewing, and editing lease agreements, amendments, and related documents.Coordinate lease negotiations, property tours, inspections, tenant meetings, and follow-ups.Input lease terms and relevant data into the property management database working closely with property managers.Maintain organized and compliant lease records in line with company policies and industry standards.3. Communication & Stakeholder CollaborationFacilitate effective communication between leasing agents, property managers, legal teams, and tenants throughout the leasing process.Ensure timely updates and documentation across all internal and external stakeholders.4. Market Research & AnalysisSupport market research efforts by collecting data on comparable leases, rental rates, and market trends.Prepare reports summarizing market insights and potential leasing opportunities.5. Documentation & ReportingGenerate regular reports on lease status, upcoming expirations, and key leasing metrics for management review.Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease documentation, ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.Qualifications Required:Street smart , dynamic sales professional 1-2 years of experience with commercial leases1 year experience in Yardi or other property management tools is preferred but not requiredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with commercial lease terms, documentation, and legal concepts is a plus.Visit us at: www.JupiterTexas.comThe job description is not an all-inclusive list of functions and tasks.
